01. Electricity, water, gas, and heat in a single view
Physical consumption from the IoT cloud and amounts from DSO invoices usually live in two different worlds. This module solves that problem. You register billing documents for the 4 pillars of utilities directly to a specific facility, rather than to a measurement channel.
At the network management level, you receive a full list of invoices with the ability to instantly filter by location, selected utility, year, and document status.
02. Hidden penalties and actual kWh rates
You enter an invoice, and the system automatically calculates what matters most. Every invoice record in the database stores:
- Net value and the actual unit rate (PLN/kWh).
- Separated, precise penalties for inductive and capacitive reactive energy in PLN (transcribed from the electricity invoice).
- The original PDF file secured as an attachment.
The module also allows for the automated breakdown of a single, aggregated invoice into individual months (essential for quarterly or semi-annual billing).
03. The true maintenance cost per square meter
For a CFO, profitability is key. The analytical engine aggregates the entered invoices with the area of each location known from the core, presenting hard KPIs on the main dashboard: actual cost per m².
Additionally, the system independently monitors data continuity – a built-in alert mechanism (cron) will notify you of any missing invoices for an active facility in the passing quarter.
